What is "Nubuck" - Definition & Explanation

Nubuck
A top-grain, aniline dyed leather that's buffed to create a soft nap. Should not be confused with suede, which is the fles side of the leather. Look and feel is great for lowuse applications where elegance is desired. This type stains easily.
